Mr. Roka has over thirty years of experience in Banking sector. During his tenure with Agricultural Development Bank Limited (ADBL) as Deputy General Manager (Officer Level Special Class) , he worked in various departments where he expertise mainly in Finance, Human Resource. He holds MBA degree from Tribhuvan University. He is also well known and appreciated for the inputs he had provided for the remittance and Swift section in Banking sector.
