Kyc Proposal Forms
Know Your Customer (KYC) forms are mandatory for all insurance transactions in compliance with Beema Samiti's AML/CFT guidelines. Please complete the appropriate KYC form and submit it with your policy application.
Documents to Submit with KYC Form
- Citizenship certificate or passport (for individuals)
- Company registration certificate (for corporates)
- PAN/VAT certificate
- Two recent passport-size photographs
- Proof of address (utility bill or bank statement)
