Farming Insurance is insurance purchased by agricultural producers and subsidized by a country’s government to protect against the loss of their crops due to natural causes such as pests, diseases, hail, hurricanes and to protect the investment of the farmers. The insurance fee for this insurance is 80 percent subsidy from the Government of Nepal.
Farming Insurance includes insurance of Crops (Rice, Wheat, Tomato, Potato, etc.), Fruits (Banana, Kiwi, Dragon Fruit, etc.)
